Either party — the Player or bdt456 — may initiate the closure of a bdt456 account. The procedures and consequences differ depending on which party initiates closure and the reason for it.

Before closure is processed, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon application, subject to verification. bdt456 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, security, and accuracy, the following limitations of liability apply:

• Service interruptions: bdt456 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect availability. bdt456 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside its reasonable control.
